Go Cashless? | Help Stop the Spread of COVID-19

Pursehouse Rural would like to suggest all customers consider alternative methods of payment to cash, given the circumstances we find ourselves in at this present moment. Cash transactions pass through many hands and therefore can carry germs and spread infections easily.

Could card be an alternative method of payment in your day to day life?

We are not banning the use of cash in our branches, we are simply encouraging our customers to consider alternative methods to mitigate the spread of germs through Pursehouse Rural branches, where we see many people come through our doors. This being the case, we have heightened our cleaning regimes across all branch locations to ensure we limit the potential spread of germs in our customers and employees.

Customer and employee health and wellbeing remain at the forefront of our operations at Pursehouse Rural. We would like to take this opportunity to remind all customers and employees to adhere to advice issued by the Government and health officials.

We can be doing a few simple things to help level the curve, and limit the spread of COVID-19 in our community:

These include…

  • Washing our hands regularly for at least 30seconds
  • Coughing into our elbow or a tissue and immediately washing our hands
  • Self isolating should we show any signs of illness

Thank you for your understanding. Please continue to check our latest news page and our social media channels for all updates from Pursehouse Rural in regards to COVID-19 policy and changes at your local branch.
