Quirindi Fertilizer Distributors Quirindi Fertilizer Distributors Pty Ltd (QFD), is a wholly owned subsidiary of Pursehouse Rural. QFD took the opportunity, in March 2003, to utilise the premises in Quirindi previously occupied by Pivot Australia. With a wide range of fertilizers available, including Urea, Superfect, DAP, MAP, BigZ, Granulock 12Z and S/F45, the plant boasts the only blending facility in the Liverpool Plains. This conveniently located wholesale facility, sells exclusively to resellers. This gives retailers in the area, the opportunity to offer their clients a local blending and 1 Tonne backing service otherwise not available. The merger of Incitec and Pivot Australia has added to the opportunity, by allowing QFD a greater variety of products.
